You’ll also learn a practical “First Aid” technique that can be used to support pain relief and encourage the body’s natural healing processes\, along with simple methods to help reduce stress and promote calm. \nThe class includes a short presentation introducing simplified subtle energy healing\, followed by guided\, hands-on practice.
