Discover how energy healing can support your pet’s well-being in this engaging, hands-on workshop designed for animal lovers of all experience levels.

In this interactive class, you’ll be introduced to the basics of subtle energy and learn simple techniques you can use to help bring balance, relaxation, and comfort to your pet. No prior experience, special tools, or background in energy work is required—just curiosity and a willingness to learn.

You’ll begin by learning how to gently activate the energy centers in your hands and develop awareness of subtle energy (often called prana). With practice, you’ll learn how to sense areas of imbalance in your pet’s energy field and apply easy techniques that can support relaxation, comfort, and overall well-being.

Throughout the workshop, we’ll explore the basics of energy anatomy and how it relates to animals. You’ll also learn a practical “First Aid” technique that can be used to support pain relief and encourage the body’s natural healing processes, along with simple methods to help reduce stress and promote calm.

The class includes a short presentation introducing simplified subtle energy healing, followed by guided, hands-on practice. You’ll have the opportunity to practice scanning and energy techniques with pets while receiving guidance and feedback.

Even if you don’t feel or see energy right away, that’s completely normal—these techniques are designed to be accessible and effective for beginners.

You’re welcome to attend whether or not you bring an animal companion. Everyone interested in learning how to support animal wellness is invited to join.
